- This book elaborates on the many similarities between the modern awareness of the complexity of systems which we call systems science or systems thinking and one of the oldest philosophies in civilization, the Tao Te Ching (Dao De Ching). It also touches on aspects of Buddhism and Eastern Philosophy that compare well with modern systems science. While this territory is similar to the last mentioned living book, it has a tighter focus on comparing just systems science with ancient wisdom than that aforementioned text. [91F/W’13]
